Pirate Ship - Pirate Party

This craft is fun to create with your little and to keep as a reminder of the size of their hand.
Here are the supplies you will need: 1. One Paper Plate 2. Black Paper 3. Crayons 4. White Paper and some fun drawing skills 5. Popsicle Stick |

Get your supplies ready and let's get crafting.
We used crayons to color the bottom of the ship. We also didn't have any popsicle sticks around the house, so we used a piece of yellow construction paper. It works best if you have the popsicle stick. But still a fun craft to make! |

Start by folding your paper plate in half and cutting it down the middle. Once you have half the plate let your little one go to town coloring or painting it. Ships come in all colors - so allow them to get creative. Next you should attach the popsicle stick to the back of the plate with the straight edge up.

Next trace your little one's hand and cut it out. On the white paper do your best drawing of a skull and cross bones. This part is optional, but does make it a "Pirate" ship. In stead of cutting the eyes and nose out, just color them in with a black pen. Cut both pieces out and tape together on the top edge of your popsicle stick. You now have a fun Pirate Ship!
