Here are the supplies you will need:
1. Two Toilet Paper Rolls
2. Tape and Glue
3. Craft Paper or Paint
4. String

Get your supplies ready and let's get crafting.

We used craft paper and taped the two small pieces together to make one larger piece that would wrap around.  Then some simple string for the lanyard.

Simply line up the toilet paper tubes so they are even, wrap your craft paper around and tape it together.  Once your tubes are connected, cut a piece of string and tape it to the inside of the tubes.
